Beverly Union Lofts are an inventive collection of stylish live/work lofts. originally a television studio, the property’s mid-century modern architecture is coupled with trendy modern decor. The pairing is immediately intriguing and aptly flexible. Two distinct buildings accomodate a variety of styles randing from contemporary rustic to industrial chic.

La Fonda opened in 1969, and is credited by some as the first place to bring live mariachi shows to a dinner theater environment here in the States. Beyond the shows, the restaurant serves up a variety of Mexican dinner dishes, from enchiladas to chile relleno to carne asada. There are margaritas and beers as well, of course, giving the place a rowdy but familial vibe that continues on well into the night.

The Cosmo Lofts, feature office spaces and creative lofts for rent in the center of the LA film and entertainment district. Cosmo Lofts is a loft conversion of an existing 1920s furniture warehouse. Modern LA lofts and creative offices celebrate the building’s functional past, highlighting the original concrete floors, high ceilings and fluted columns.
